This month, our Extra Mile Spotlight celebrates Jeff Brown, one of those rare new hires who somehow feels like he has been part of Arcane Horizon for years. Since joining our maintenance team this past spring, Jeff has brought skill, kindness and an infectious positive energy into our homes, our office and the lives of the people we support. What began as a maintenance role has quickly become something much bigger, built on trust, encouragement, friendship and a genuine willingness to help wherever he is needed.
