Individuals receive 24-hour supports to live in their own home. Each home is unique to the people who live there. Our homes are a safe haven where individuals are free to be themselves. Every household member is encouraged to play an active role in the daily routines and upkeep of the home and outdoor space. This generates feelings of self worth and a sense of pride and ownership that we all deserve to feel.   

Home Sharing is a very specialized support method where an individual lives in the foster care provider’s home and the care provider is the primary support staff. This model is used to provide a more focused and stable home environment when required to better meet an individual’s support needs.

Individuals live in their own home or with family and receive varying levels of support. These supports are self directed in collaboration with their personal and professional networks.
