Arcane Horizon warmly invites you to join us for our 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM).
This is a time to come together as a community, celebrate our progress, and make decisions that guide our shared future.

💜 Who Can Register

Members (Voting)

At Arcane Horizon, our members are the adults we support through our services. Guided by ALIDA, we believe in empowering our members to be custodians of decision-making as it relates to their own lives.

  • Each adult receiving Arcane Horizon services is recognized as a formal voting member.

  • Members may have one staff member register alongside them for support during the AGM. Staff may attend as part of the member’s household registration, but only the member may vote.

  • Members will receive the full AGM package in advance, along with their personal event link.

Guests (Non-Voting)

Family members, partners in our community, and all interested friends are warmly invited to attend the AGM as guests. Guests play a vital role in celebrating and supporting our community, though they do not hold voting rights.

📑 AGM Materials

All registered participants will receive the AGM Board Package by Friday, August 29, 2025. This will include:

  • Auditor’s Statement

  • Budget Report

  • Current and Proposed Articles of Incorporation

  • Current and Proposed By-Laws

  • Event access link (unique to your registration)
