Arcane Horizon 2026 Annual General Meeting

Arcane Horizon Inc. invites our supported members, families, staff, community partners and supporters to attend our 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, November 24, 2026.

The AGM provides an opportunity to reflect on another year of supporting adults living with intellectual disabilities, review our organization's financial performance, and consider proposed updates to our governing bylaws.

AGM Agenda and Business

During this year's meeting, Arcane Horizon will:

  • Review the previous Annual General Meeting minutes.

  • Present an overview of the organization's activities and accomplishments during the past year.

  • Present the Board-approved audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026.

  • Review and seek membership approval of proposed amendments to Arcane Horizon's bylaws.

  • Address other routine Annual General Meeting business.

The proposed bylaw amendments are intended to improve clarity, consistency and the effectiveness of the organization's governance documents.

1. Current Arcane Horizon Bylaws (Approved September 22, 2025)

The existing membership-approved bylaws governing Arcane Horizon Inc.

2. Proposed 2026 Bylaw Amendments

The Board-approved review package outlining proposed changes to the existing bylaws, including current wording, proposed wording and explanations for each change.

3. 2025–2026 Audited Financial Statements

Arcane Horizon's audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, including the independent auditor's report and accompanying financial notes.

Member Participation

Adults receiving services and support from Arcane Horizon are voting members of the organization and are encouraged to participate in the Annual General Meeting, either in person or online.

Reasonable accommodations are available to support member participation. Members who require assistance or accommodations are encouraged to contact the Arcane Horizon office in advance of the meeting.
