Arcane Horizon Birthday Fiesta Picnic
Arcane Horizon is turning the page on another year, and we are inviting our whole community to celebrate with us at our Birthday Fiesta Picnic on Tuesday, July 16, 2026, from 5:00 to 9:00 PM at Assiniboine Park, Site 3.
This is a free, family-friendly event and everyone is welcome, including families, friends, staff, community members, and the people we support. The evening will include a build-your-own taco bar with chicken, ground beef, and veggie options, plus plenty of toppings so everyone can create their own perfect plate.
Along with the taco bar, guests can enjoy birthday cake, Bash Queens dirty sodas, cotton candy, snow cones, fresh popcorn, face painting, a photo booth, Zumba, music, and time together with friends. Food and activities will be available while supplies last.
Guests are encouraged to bring anything they may need to enjoy the evening outdoors, including chairs or blankets, sunscreen, a water bottle, hats or sunglasses, picnic blankets, and any personal items your family may need.
Parking is available along Assiniboine Park Drive, with overflow parking available at the Zoo Special Events Entry. The event will take place at Site 3, and the attached event map shows where to find registration, picnic tables, food, activities, and drop-off areas.
This is an outdoor event, so please dress for the weather. In the case of extreme weather, the event will move to our office at 3401 Roblin Blvd.
