In 2024 she showed her art for the first time as a participant of the Boreal Shores Art Tour. Brandi Shabaga - (@bshabaga_art).

She is best known for her work melding together acrylic painting, collage, and print-making; combining influences from bold pop and graphic arts with a loose, expressionistic painting style. Growing up on the Prairies and spending summers exploring the Interlake Region of Manitoba, she developed a connection with nature at a young age. While her art practice is currently evolving, her connection with nature, and interest in its cultural significance and interface with society, is a constant in her work – bridging her art with her academic background in earth science and anthropology. She is a proud member of Aceart Inc., the Manitoba Arts Network, the Manitoba Printmakers Association Inc., and the Manitoba Craft Council. She currently serves on the board for the Winnipeg Fine Art Fair, and is represented by the Art Gallery of Southwestern Manitoba (AGMS), Woodland’s Gallery, Warehouse Artworks, C2 Centre for Craft, and Shop Art Manitoba.
