This month, our Extra Mile Spotlight celebrates Jeff Brown, one of those rare new hires who somehow feels like he has been part of Arcane Horizon for years. Since joining our maintenance team this past spring, Jeff has brought skill, kindness and an infectious positive energy into our homes, our office and the lives of the people we support. What began as a maintenance role has quickly become something much bigger, built on trust, encouragement, friendship and a genuine willingness to help wherever he is needed.

This month, our Hearts and Hands Spotlight celebrates the Kinsmen Club of Winnipeg, an organization that has spent more than a century turning volunteerism and fundraising into meaningful support for communities across Manitoba. From Kinsmen Jackpot Bingo to major charitable investments, their work reflects a longstanding commitment to serving where help is needed most. As Arcane Horizon joins the Kinsmen Jackpot Bingo family this September, we wanted our community to meet the people and organization helping make that opportunity possible.

This September, Arcane Horizon is proud to celebrate the incredible Direct Support Professionals who bring our mission to life every single day. Their compassion, patience, skill and dedication help create greater choice, independence and opportunity for the people we support. During DSP Week, we want to say one thing as clearly as possible: thank you for everything you do.
